Specifically, it is prohibited to attempt to access systems without authorization, introduce malicious software, bypass security measures, overload the site, misuse a robot or extraction tool, impersonate another person, or use the site for fraudulent purposes.

Oléa may block obviously abusive behavior and retain the elements necessary to protect its rights and its users.

The texts, photographs, renderings, videos, logos, graphic elements, interfaces, selections, databases and other content on the site may be protected by copyright, trademark law or other rights.

Viewing the site does not grant any right of reproduction, adaptation, extraction, dissemination or commercial exploitation. Any use beyond personal viewing must be subject to prior authorization.

Olea may moderate, reject or remove content that is clearly contrary to these rules. The user authorizes the display of the submitted content within the framework of the service concerned, according to the options and information presented to them.

The site may contain links, modules, or services provided by third parties. These elements may be subject to the terms and policies of their publishers.

Oléa does not systematically control external content and cannot guarantee its availability, accuracy, or security. The user must consult the third-party service's information before using it.

Oléa may correct, update, suspend, or remove a feature to ensure the security, compliance, or proper functioning of the website. Anomalies, slowdowns, or incompatibilities may occur despite the measures taken.

The user must protect their device, keep their software up to date, and avoid using the website from a compromised environment.

Oléa is responsible for its obligations within the limits provided by law. It cannot be held liable for damage directly caused by improper use of the site, user error, compromised equipment, or an independent third-party service.

No clause limits the consumer's mandatory rights or the responsibilities from which there can be no legal derogation.

The new version applies to the use of the site after its publication. Orders already concluded remain governed by the contractual terms that were applicable to them.
